As a solo traveler, I loved the spacious and comfortable suite with a kitchen, living room, and terrace that made me feel right at home. The location was excellent, near the heart of everything in Vienna, with easy access to public transportation.

We stayed in the Duplex Apartment with Terrace for our trip to Vienna. The apartment was spartan but very clean, and the staff were friendly and skilled. They quickly responded to all our requests, such as providing a coffee machine, cutlery, and cups. The location was great, with a quiet neighborhood that was still close to everything. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded us to a larger suite with two floors and bedrooms at no extra cost. a comfortable and convenient stay.

Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and efficient. the location of the hotel was excellent, close to bus and metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. There were also supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, adding to the convenience.

The air conditioning system made a consistent noise and the staff didn't offer any solutions. the air conditioning itself was not effective, and we were told to open windows instead.

The hotel's location in the city center was perfect for our stay. It was just a short walk from major attractions such as the cathedral.
